To: All Preferred Customers
The staff at Great Lakes Marina thanks you for your patronage in 2009 and we look forward to serving you in 2010. Great Lakes Marina is a full-service facility that can meet ALL of your service and repair needs. We employ a staff of professional technicians, many of whom you have met or have known over the years.
Above, you will find a link to a checklist for service work. Please use this sheet to identify projects that you would like our Service Department to quote. Give us the opportunity to quote and schedule this work now, and save extra dollars. Call, fax or email for savings details.
We realize there are instances when you may need a specific outside vendor to perform work on your boat. We have established new guidelines with respect to outside vendors which will allow us to better manage the quality of work performed and assure timely completion so your boat can launch on time. Customers are required to call Service Department when using an outside vendor. For additional details please call, fax or send us an email for new Sub-Contractor requirements.
It is necessary for Great Lakes Marina to take extra safety precautions with regard to electricity available in our buildings. Beginning immediately boats must be unplugged when not attended. This is not only a safety issue but also an insurance requirement. We trust that you understand our decision to efficiently and safely manage the buildings that protect your assets.
From all of us at Great Lakes Marina have a prosperous new year.
